Und ob!<\/span><\/h4>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Der seither kaum bekannte aber schon l\u00e4ngst von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union verabschiedete <\/span><strong style=\"color: rgb(2, 87, 23);\">Green Deal <\/strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">hat nachstehende Auswirkungen:<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p\n                      class=\"ql-indent-1\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">a) Einf\u00fchrung eines neuen Emmisionshandelsgesetzes (EU-ETS 2)<\/span><\/p>\n                      <p class=\"ql-indent-1\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">b) Klimaspezialfonds<\/span><\/p>\n                      <p class=\"ql-indent-1\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">c) EU-Geb\u00e4uderichtlinie (EPBD) bez\u00fcglich der CO<\/span>\n                        <sub style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">2&nbsp;<\/sub><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">-Bespeisung<\/span><\/p>\n                      <p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Der Geltungsbereich f\u00fcr <\/span><strong style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Geb\u00e4ude <\/strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">ist somit im EU-ETS 2, und geht hierdurch im Gesetz \u00fcber einen nationalen Zertifikatehandel f\u00fcr Brennstoffemissionen (BEHG) auf.<br><\/span><\/p>\n                      <p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Das Ziel der <\/span>\n                        <a href=\"https:\/\/de.search.yahoo.com\/yhs\/search%3B_ylt%3DAwrkOdMvU8pkTvMNhpZfCwx.%3B_ylu%3DY29sbwMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Fydw--?p=Erneuerbaren%2BEnergie%2BRichtlinien&amp;type=Y143_F163_201897_101722&amp;hsimp=yhs-001&amp;hspart=trp&amp;ei=UTF-8&amp;norw=1&amp;fr=yhs-trp-001\"\n                          style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\" class=\"customize-unpreviewable\">Erneuerbaren Energie Richtlinien<\/a><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"> (RED III), ist ein <\/span>\n                        <a href=\"https:\/\/de.search.yahoo.com\/yhs\/search%3B_ylt%3DAwrkOdO3U8pkQssOLBFfCwx.%3B_ylu%3DY29sbwMEcG9zAzEEdnRpZAMEc2VjA3Fydw--?p=erneuerbarer%2BEnergieanteil&amp;type=Y143_F163_201897_101722&amp;hsimp=yhs-001&amp;hspart=trp&amp;ei=UTF-8&amp;norw=1&amp;fr=yhs-trp-001\"\n                          style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\" class=\"customize-unpreviewable\">erneuerbarer Energieanteil<\/a><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"> von 42,5 % Bruttoenergie-verbrauch bis 2030.<br><\/span><\/p>\n                      <p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Somit wird<\/span><\/p>\n                      <h2><strong style=\"font-weight: 300; color: rgb(2, 87, 23);\">HOLZ WIRD ALS ERNEUERBARE ENERGIE EINGESTUFT<\/strong><\/h2>\n                      <p>\n                        <br>\n                      <\/p>\n                  <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n              <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Betrifft der CO 2&nbsp;-Emmissionshandel die Immobilienbranche?
